Our most important policy is to always try to make our customers happy. That said, here are the official details around how we operate. If you have any questions not covered here, feel free to contact us at any time.
How do I change the shipping address for my order or my billing information?
If you have placed an order and do not have a Honeybadger Beans account, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not already been processed, we will do our best to make the changes you have given us.
How often do you ship?
Many of the products we ship are prepared to order. We send your order to our warehouses within 24 hours of your placing it. In some cases, individual bags of product will be shipped the same day our warehouse receives the order, other times your order needs to wait until the product is fresh and possibly rested Also, some of our products are rested for up to 10 days prior to shipping.
The available shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process; you may select your preferred delivery option.
Products may be grouped together by different warehouse or depot. Separate shipping options may be displayed for each warehouses, depots.
We reserve the right to substitute the carrier from your chosen carrier with no additional charge or refund. If we substitute the carrier, we will endeavour to provide a similar shipping priority to your original shipping choice.
