Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Thanks for ordering from Honeybadger Beans! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Before initiating any return, or if you have any questions, we encourage you to contact us directly.

Items not eligible for return include Honeybadger Beans product purchased through a third party, any product received as a "trial" or promotional item, and item where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party.

Returns



If you have any issues with your product, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us within 2 days of the date of delivery. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.

Generally, we do not accept returns on Food Products due to their perishable nature. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise.

In all cases, we do not accept any return item without prior authorization from Honeybadger Beans.

If a return is authorized by Honeybadger Beans

  • we will provide the address where to send the item. The address may be change depending on the product being returned
  • Shipping on returned items must include tracking
  • You will have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The 15 day return window is from the recorded date your item was delivered until the date you ship it to Us.
  • Unless agreed otherwise in writing from Honeybadger Beans; to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.


  • Shipping



    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if any, will be deducted from your refund.

    Refunds



    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Exchanges



    Honeybadger Beans does not exchange products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact Us directly.
